It is a FACT OF LIFE - you don't change unless you are constantly stepping outside the comfort zone. Outside the comfort zone is discomfort & pain.

EMBRACE THE CHANGE- go from being unfit to fit, overweight to ideal weight. It isn't so much physical pain, it's more like stretching. Stretch to discomfort - not pain.
